Thank you for shopping with Vencii Studio 🌷. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

• Returns are available within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange (no refunds for change of mind).

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and hygiene liners intact.

• Exchanges are offered for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability. If your size is sold out, you’ll receive store credit.

• Sale items, discounted pieces, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Faulty item? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start a return:

1. Email us at venciistudio@gmail.com with your order number + reason for return.

2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

3. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
